  Amber Brannigan is the Founder and Principal of ABW Consulting, a Colorado Springs, based firm that helps construction teams, A/E firms, and public agencies navigate and use artificial intelligence in practical, responsible, and scalable ways. With more than 20 years of experience across construction, facilities, and capital project delivery, Amber focuses on applying AI to project controls, contract administration, compliance, and decision support. Collaborating with organizations to reduce administrative burden, improve consistency, and make better use of the time and information they already have.

  Amber is passionate about helping organizations achieve real value through AI by developing custom GPTs that standardize work and building agentic workflows that manage high-effort, time-intensive tasks. Her approach emphasizes clarity, consistency, and repeatability, allowing teams to move beyond experimentation and into confident, organization-wide use of AI that supports better decision-making and day-to-day execution. Outside of work, Amber and her daughter, Naomi, enjoy exploring Colorado, checking out new local restaurants, and attending events in their community.

  Every year, The El Paso County Contractors Association provides funding to local vocational programs that support the promotion of the construction industry to our youth.  Please join us in the presentation of the Annual Vocational Program Grant Awards, made possible with your membership and support.
