According to Julia Pollak, a ZipRecruiter economist, the number of people actively applying for construction-based jobs online fell nearly 40% between 2019 and 2020, and has flat-lined the years following.   In response to the talent-gap our local community is facing, Pikes Peak State College has a potential solution.
