Registration

• Bag Sponsor – $500.00
  Your logo will be printed on the canvas bags distributed to every participant.
• Cigar Table Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Your company will host a table at the registration desk to distribute cigars to players upon arrival, and for the duration of the entire flight.
• Drink Cart Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Your logo will be displayed on the drink cart and you will have a seat available on the cart for the duration of one flight.
• Entrance Sponsor – $500.00
  Your logo printed on an 8' X 2' banner. Banners will be installed along the course near the Club House for the duration of the tournament.
• Hole Sponsor – $500.00
  Signs are the placed as the tee marker on the tee box. Limited sponsorships available. All previous year's hole sponsors get first right of refusal.
• Hole-in-One: Hole #13
  Your company will provide a Hole-in-One sponsorship. Please ask Karla for details.
• Hole-in-One: Hole #16
  Your company will provide a Hole-in-One sponsorship. Please ask Karla for details.
• Hole-in-One: Hole #2
  Your company will provide a Hole-in-One sponsorship. Please ask Karla for details.
• Photography Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Your logo will be printed on each of the team photos distributed to every player.
• Putt Chip Drive Sponsor – $2,500.00
• Raffle Prize Sponsor
  Your company will be recognized for providing two identical items to distribute in the raffle prize events for the morning and evening players. Items must be approved by EPCCA, and received no later than June 15th. A representative will reach out with more information.
• Sponsorship Bundle – $1,200.00
  Your company sign will be placed as the tee marker on the tee box, your logo will be printed on the canvas bags distributed to every participant, and your company logo will be printed on an 8' X 2' banner installed along the course near the Club House.
• Swag Sponsor
  Your company will provide 288 items to distribute to the participants. Items must be approved by EPCCA, and received no later than June 15th. A representative will reach out with more information.
• Title Sponsor: AM Flight – $5,000.00
  Your company will give opening remarks at the shot gun start, be listed as the title sponsor on our website and all email announcements, and have the option for your banner to hang at the clubhouse for the duration of the flight.
  Includes a sponsorship bundle AND a foursome on the flight you are sponsoring.
• Title Sponsor: PM Flight – $5,000.00
  Your company will give opening remarks at the shot gun start, be listed as the title sponsor on our website and all email announcements, and have the option for your banner to hang at the clubhouse for the duration of the flight.
  Includes a sponsorship bundle AND a foursome on the flight you are sponsoring.
