    All,

It is that time of year when students at the Mill are looking to our industry partners for potential job opportunities. Many of you have expressed interest in interviewing students  for either summer employment or interviewing our seniors as direct hires. The Mill can help with both!

Last year I piloted a way for industry to access interested students at the Mill for interviews. It involves you coming with positions you are hiring for, with dates, salary and expectations. Students sign up before for an interview slot and stay at the Mill to interview. Once you find the candidate you are hiring then you work directly with the student, with support from me. We have the largest group of seniors graduating this year and many Juniors who are looking for summer "internship" employment. You decide what you need and I help put skilled, talented students in front of you.

I am currently looking at filling spots for the following dates and times April 22, 23, 24. 9am -10:30m or April 29, 30, May 1 9:00am-10:30 am.

Please let me know if this is something you are interested in and I can get the ball rolling!

Thank you for your continued support of the Mill!
